With nearly two decades of experience leading sales organizations and advising technology companies, Tiffany Shurr helps founders and executive teams build businesses designed to last. Having led more than $200 million in revenue as a three-time Vice President of Sales and partnered with organizations around the world, she has learned that sustainable growth rarely comes from doing more—it comes from building better.
Rather than treating leadership, sales, and culture as separate initiatives, Tiffany views them as interconnected parts of the same system. She helps organizations create the clarity, alignment, and trust needed to turn strategy into consistent execution.

Gabe PetersenGabe brings over 25 years of experience at the intersection of sales, finance, and go-to-market strategy — including a decade-plus as Global Director of Field Strategy, where he built hundreds of ROI models and presented thousands of financial cases to buyers at every level of the organization.
His work has spanned some of the most complex and relationship-driven sales environments in B2B technology — including five years in Customer Success, where he lived firsthand the challenge of translating product value into financial language that moves retention and expansion conversations forward.
Gabe also co-hosts the Buffering podcast, focused on the intersection of AI, technology strategy, and the broadband industry — bringing the same financial rigor and plain-language clarity to content that he brings to the sales floor.
Beyond the Boardroom: Gabe can be found tracking miles on the streets of his neighborhood or in the trials with his son who is an avid runner. He has a deep interest in emerging technology and always has some kind of app development project on the go.
